This apartment, located in one of the most iconic areas of downtown Alicante, just a few meters from the Plaza de Toros, underwent a complete transformation that redefined its layout, style, and functionality.

In addition to implementing a contemporary interior design, we carried out a full renovation that gave the home a new personality—modern, elegant, and full of character. One of the most significant upgrades was the expansion of the windows, allowing for increased natural light and a greater sense of spaciousness throughout.
